To achieve the above we shall:
- Develop,
implement and maintain a documented Quality System based on the
requirements of the DQS ISO 9001:2008 code of practice.
- Identify the requirements of our customers, both external and internal, and implement processes to ensure their satisfaction.
- Review our business activities regularly to ensure compliance to customer and our own requirements.
- Audit and review the quality system regularly to confirm compliance to relevant standards.
- Provide
a framework for establishing quality objectives and regularly review
them to ensure the suitability of this policy and the continual
improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Motivate sustained Quality Awareness and Continual Quality Improvement at all levels of the organization.
